Humberto Soto, born on May 22, 1980, is a former professional Mexican boxer who has competed in the featherweight, super featherweight, and lightweight divisions. He started his professional boxing career at the age of 17 in 1997 and continued for more than 21 years until 2019. During this time, he had a total of 82 fights, which included 69 wins, 10 losses, 2 draws, and 1 no-contest.

Soto's impressive career highlights include a total of four world title wins in three different weight classes. He became the WBC featherweight world champion on December 10, 1999, after defeating Emidgio Gastelum via 12 round PTS. This was only his 14th professional fight at the age of 19, which speaks volumes about his skill and talent in the ring.

One of Soto's best fights was on June 9, 2007, when he faced off against Bobby Pacquiao. He showed his dominance and skills by winning the fight via a 7th round KO. He continued his winning streak and defeated Brandon Rios on February 23, 2019, via a 12th round unanimous decision.
