Vic Darchinyan is an Armenian-Australian former professional boxer who had a successful career spanning over 16 years. He was born on January 7, 1976, in Vanadzor, Armenia, and is now retired.
Darchinyan had a total of 53 fights during his professional career with 43 wins, 9 losses, and a draw. He did not have any no-contests. Out of his total wins, Darchinyan won 32 fights by knockout, which makes him an impressive knockout artist.
Darchinyan started his professional career at the age of 24 on November 3, 2000, with a win over Sande Kizito via 6 round PTS. After his debut, he went on to win 27 more fights consecutively, including an unbeaten streak of 28.
Darchinyan won his first world title fight against Irene Pacheco for the flyweight IBF title on December 16, 2004. He won via 11th round TKO, and this win became a defining moment and career highlight for him. Darchinyan went on to make four world title wins at two different weight classes.

Darchinyan's last professional fight was on March 10, 2017, against Pakpoom Hammarach, which he won via 1st round knockout. Darchinyan retired from professional boxing with a record of 43-9-1, including a total of 32 knockout wins and five losses via knockout.
