Éder Jofre was a Brazilian professional boxer who had a remarkable career spanning over 19 years from 1957 to 1976. Jofre suffered only two career losses in his professional boxing career, both of which were via decision in title fights. His first loss came against Fighting Harada via 15 round split-decision in 1965, ending his 47-fight win streak. Despite the loss, Jofre never once suffered defeat by knockout.
