Winning his first world title on July 23, 2017, against Jose Argumedo via unanimous decision, Kyoguchi became the IBF strawweight world champion.
Kyoguchi went on to win the WBA (Super) and The Ring light-flyweight titles from Hekkie Budler on December 31, 2018, with a 10th round TKO. He later defended the WBA (Super) and The Ring light-flyweight titles against Axel Aragon Vega on March 13, 2021, winning the fight with a 5th round TKO.
He has had six successful title defenses so far, with four of them being title-fight knockout wins.
Despite his impressive record, Kyoguchi suffered his first and only loss so far, after 16 consecutive wins, to Kenshiro Teraji via a 7th round TKO on November 1, 2022. This defeat resulted in Kyoguchi losing his WBA (Super) and The Ring titles. The loss, however, did not deter his determination to rise to the top again, as he continues to train hard and remain focused for his next fight.
Some of Kyoguchi's notable victories include defeating Hekkie Budler, Axel Aragon Vega, Tibo Monabesa, Esteban Bermudez, Carlos Buitrago, Satanmuanglek CP Freshmart, and Tetsuya Hisada. These victories exemplify Kyoguchi's incredible fighting skills.
Kyoguchi is currently on a one-fight losing streak with a professional boxing record of 16-1, which includes 11 knockout wins and only one loss via knockout.
Hiroto Kyoguchi's fighting style is precise and calculated, as he often sets up his opponents for powerful hooks and straight punches. His speed, agility, and footwork are also some of his strengths, allowing him to dodge his opponents' attacks while delivering counter punches with precision.
If you are a fan of boxing, Hiroto Kyoguchi is a name you should know. With his powerful fighting style, impressive wins, and world titles, he is a boxer to watch out for in the future.
