Jason Moloney is a renowned Australian professional boxer who has been active in the ring since 2014. Born in Melbourne, Australia, on January 10, 1991, Moloney has gained popularity as a fierce super-bantamweight and bantamweight fighter in the industry. With over 20 years of experience, Moloney has had an impressive career that has seen him take on some of the toughest fighters in the world.

Moloney's professional boxing career began on August 15, 2014, against Chatri Sariphan, where he won via 1st round TKO. He went ahead to win 16 more consecutive fights after his debut, including 13 wins via stoppage. At just 27 years old, Moloney had his first world title fight on October 20, 2018, after 17 professional fights, against Emmanuel Rodríguez for the IBF title. Despite his valiant efforts, Moloney, also known as Mayhem, lost to Rodríguez via 12 round split-decision.

Moloney made his second WBA Oceania super-bantamweight title defense against Gerpaul Valero on October 8, 2016, at the Melbourne Park in Melbourne, Australia. He won the fight by a seventh-round technical knockout. He was leading 60-53 on all three of the judges' scorecards at the time of the stoppage. Moloney made his third title defense against Enrique Bernache on December 10, 2016, with the fight once again taking place at the Melbourne Park in Melbourne, Australia. He won the fight by a sixth-round technical knockout, with Bernache deducted a point in the fifth round due to repeated low blows.

Moloney faced Marco Demecillo in a non-title bout on February 3, 2017, in his first fight of the year. He won the fight by unanimous decision, with scores of 80-69, 80-71, and 80-70. Demecillo was deducted a point in the eighth round for a low blow. Moloney made his fourth WBA Oceania title defense against Emanuel Armendariz on June 3, 2017. He won the fight by a fifth-round technical knockout, leading was 40-36, 40-36, and 39-37 on the scorecards at the time of the stoppage.

Moloney made the fifth and final defense of his secondary WBA title against Lolito Sonsona on August 19, 2017. Aside from the WBA Oceania title, the vacant OPBF Silver title was likewise on the line, which he won by unanimous decision, with scores of 100-90, 99-91, and 100-90.

Moloney has also held the Commonwealth bantamweight title and the WBA Oceania bantamweight title since 2018
