Julius Francis was a professional boxer who competed from 1993 to 2006, with a total of 48 fights in his career. During this time, he won 23 bouts, lost 24, drew 1 and had 0 no-contests. He also achieved 12 victories by way of knockout, however, he never won a title or had any title defenses.

Francis started his career at the age of 28 in May 1993 against Graham Arnold, whom he defeated by a fifth-round technical knockout. He went on to win five more consecutive fights, which included two victories by stoppage. As he fought his way through the ranks, Francis faced some of the most notable boxers of his time, including Mike Holden, Danny Williams, and Scott Welch.

One of Francis' most significant victories was over Pele Reid, who he defeated on June 24, 2001. The fight took place in London, and Francis gave an exceptional performance, winning by a unanimous decision. Another remarkable fight that deserves a mention is his victory over Mike Holden in December of 1997. This fight lasted six rounds and ended in a technical knockout in favor of Francis.

Julius Francis' professional career was marked by 24 losses, all of which were suffered in non-title bouts. His first defeat came in May 1994 against John Ruiz, who knocked him out in the fourth round. Francis was stopped eight times throughout his career, while the remaining 16 losses came via a decision. It's worth noting that all of Francis' 12 knockout wins occurred outside of a title fight.

In his last fight, Julius Francis faced Scott Lansdowne on May 21, 2006. The bout was non-title, and Francis lost via a four-round unanimous decision. This loss marked the end of his professional career as he retired with a record of 23-24-1.

Looking back at Julius Francis' career, it's difficult to overlook his defining moments as a boxer. While he never managed to win a title or defend one, his record speaks for itself. Despite ending his career with a losing record, Francis should be remembered for the passion and dedication that he brought to the sport of boxing.

The boxing world will always remember Julius Francis for his incredible fights, his electrifying knockouts, and his remarkable journey as a professional boxer. Even though his boxing career spanned over 12 years, his legacy remains intact and will continue to inspire future generations.
