Junior Jones, born December 19, 1970, is a former American professional boxer with a boxing career that spanned over 13 years from 1989 to 2002. During this time, Jones amassed a record of 50 wins, 6 losses, 0 draws, and 0 no-contests, with 29 of his wins coming via knockout. Jones is known by his nickname "Poison" and is a two-weight world champion, having held the WBA bantamweight title from 1993 to 1994 and the WBO super bantamweight title from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, he held the IBO featherweight title from 1999 to 2000.

Jones launched his professional career against George Young on June 8, 1989, with a first-round TKO. He then won 31 consecutive fights, including 21 wins via stoppage, which helped cement him as one of boxing's top prospects.
