Roger Mayweather, born on April 24, 1961, was an American professional boxer who competed from 1981 to 1999. He was a two-weight world champion, having held the WBA and The Ring super-featherweight titles from 1983 to 1984 and the WBC light-welterweight title from 1987 to 1989. Mayweather had a professional career that spanned over 17 years, in which he had a total of 72 fights with 59 wins and 13 losses.
