Tony Harrison began his professional boxing career in style, making his debut against Uwe Tritschler at the age of 20, and winning by first-round TKO. He went on to win 20 consecutive fights after his debut, which included 17 wins via stoppage. Harrison's prowess in the ring made him a sensation, and he quickly gained a reputation as a force to reckon with in the sport.

The Michigan native's first world title fight came against Jarrett Hurd for the IBF (vacant) title when he was 26-years old. Unfortunately, Harrison lost the fight via 9th round TKO. Despite the loss, Harrison's resilience and determination remained strong, and he continued to work on his craft.

After a few setbacks, Harrison finally claimed his first title in December 22, 2018. He won the WBC super-welterweight title from Jermell Charlo, beating him by unanimous decision after 12 rounds of intense action. The win marked a turning point in Harrison's career, and he established himself as one of the best boxers in his weight division.

Throughout his career, Harrison has had his fair share of ups and downs. He has fought a total of 34 times, recording 29 wins, 4 losses, and 1 draw. Of his 29 victories, 21 have come via KO. However, all four of Harrison's loss have been via stoppage.

Some of his notable victories include wins over Jermell Charlo, George Sosa, Tyrone Brunson, Bronco McKart, Fernando Guerrero, Sergey Rabchenko, and Grady Brewer.

One of Harrison's standout performances came on December 22, 2018, when he faced Jermell Charlo in a hotly contested bout. The match went the full 12 rounds and saw both fighters dish out punishing blows. In the end, however, Harrison emerged victorious, winning the WBC super-welterweight title.

While Harrison has experienced his fair share of successes, he has also had to deal with setbacks, particularly losses via KO. Harrison's first loss came against Willie Nelson via 9th round TKO on July 11, 2015, which ended his 21-fight win streak. Since then, he has suffered three more losses via stoppage.

Despite the losses, Harrison remains confident in his abilities and has maintained his focus on the sport. He has continued to hone his skills and work on improving his game, in a bid to make a mark in the boxing world. His most recent fight was a non-title bout against Australian boxer Tim Tszyu on March 12, 2023, which he lost via 9th round TKO.

Overall, Harrison's career has been marked by high levels of perplexity and burstiness. Fans have come to expect dramatic performances from him, and he has rarely disappointed. His unique style and undeniable talent have earned him a spot in the upper echelon of boxers in his weight division.

While Harrison has yet to reach the heights of some of his contemporaries in the sport, he has proven time and time again that he is a force to be reckoned with. With his determination and focus, Harrison is sure to continue making waves in the boxing world for years to come.
