Marco Antonio Barrera, a retired professional boxer, had an illustrious career spanning over two decades from 1989 to 2011. During his career, he had a total of 75 fights, 67 of which he won, while seven were lost, and the remaining fight ended in a no-contest. Barrera had an impressive knockout record, with 44 of his wins resulting in knockouts, and he won seven titles throughout his career.
Barrera made his professional boxing debut in 1989 at the young age of 15, defeating David Felix via a second-round TKO. On September 16, 2006, he successfully defended the WBC super-featherweight title against Rocky Juarez, winning the fight via 12 round unanimous decision. Barrera ended his professional boxing career with a record of 67-7, including 44 knockout wins and only two losses via knockout.
